Re: How many lemonades per day? CORRECTION

The problem with too many cleanses is only if your herxeimer reaction is too heavy, otherwise there can be good synergies. I only had a slight headache this morning while doing SWF, so I'm doing fine for the moment. I also take many measures in order to help my body eliminating the toxins, like OP, detox baths and so on. One of these measures, in my eyes, was P&B shakes, and I had posts from you and others telling me I shouldn't use them but not giving me any reason why, so this puzzles me a bit.

I actually didn't preview this problem as 3 years ago everybody was very happy with adding P&B shakes, after i began I found out to my surprise it isn't so any more but I still don't know why. Maybe at some point someone felt bad doing it? but this is not a valid reason in itself, as there are many factors.

The reasons for my fast are not so well defined. I've been doing many things, and basically eaten very healthy for 10 years (but also before I never ate SAD) and now I felt like a fast. As in the country where i am living now oranges and other fruit& veggies to juice are of poor quality (it is far north here) I said to myself let's do MC. I am not ready for another water fast, I know that, I have a small child and Master-Cleanse is very energetic and easy, that's all. I am quite educated in alternative health, also thanks to CZ, and I've been here enough to see moods changing towards certain flushes or lifestyles without any special reason, it is just that people come and go and have different approaches. This is beautiful and I appreciate it really, but on the other hand I hold on to what I know by experience being good to me even when its wave is in downfall. In this case I could give a try to Master-Cleanse without P&B shakes and see the difference just for the hell of it, we'll see. Thank you for taking the time to anwer to me.
