Re: Hope for Curing Eczema? (new to board)

I suffered from atopic eczema for years! I really do think it is caused due to unhealthy habits, becoz it was at a time when i was completely neglecting myself, most of the time my food (not enough minerals in my diet) and water (too little) is what caused it..

I have managed to avoid eczema for over a year now, but I am always making sure my diet and food habits are right

I read that seawater can cure eczema, there's a company that has conducted studies on seawater to prove that it can alleviate symptoms of atopic eczema (here's a link to the pdf file:

I think the main point is that to cure eczema you have to find some way or the other of getting all the mineral salts ur body requires, and thats' probably the only way to cure it.

I love these forums coz you always get to learn something new from here and apply it to heal yourself.
