Re: Hope for Curing Eczema? (new to board)

a month ago I started a new diet and supliment program after reading a book called "Sick and tired? reclaim your inner terrain". it's by Dr. Robert O. Young, micro-biologist and nutritionist. I had also read his first book, "the pH miracle." These two books changed the way I look at health. I had been strugling with eczema for as long as I could remember, and when i started I was a month into a really bad outbreak on my hands. They were cracking open, bleeding a bit, and infected. After starting on the supergreens and prime pH supliments I also stopped putting on any mosturizer to really give it an honest test (I had been putting on body butter heavily 12-15 times a day). In 4 days all the cracks had healed over and the iching was gone. Inside of a week I could barely find any of those little under the skin blisters. It has now been about 4 weeks, and my skin is just about recovered to normal. Still some rough spots of course, it's not a miracle, just good science. So I've decided to tell anyone who is interested about it, and set them up with the same kind of system I've started. So if you are willing to put forth the effort, I really think this can help.
