Re: My husband is gambeling

Thanks for taking the time to respond. He was talking about retirement this year anyways but instead of looking for a civilan job, he keeps throwing out new assignment ideas. I do love him but I've lost my respect for him. He knows if he leaves the service, we'll need the money so we are supposed to be saving. The problem being, I can't help but feel he's gambeling away what we'd have to split should we divorce. He's extremely smart and I wouldn't put it past him to think of something like that. He's had this addiction for several years now and admits he has a problem but refuses to get help from anyone. We do not live near gambeling but anytime he travels, 9 times out of 10, there is within an hour or so drive. I do know that I would be entitled to 1/2 of his retirement check but if I were to leave now, he'd stay in to spite me. Stuck between a rock and hard place, hu? Also, if I were to go to base Legal, it's more than possible they'd notify him.
