I am so sorry to hear of your trouble.

I have a nephew who, in the past, has been an online gambler. He is very young and got hooked on gambling in college. He has gone through thousands and thousands of dollars, cheated people on eBay, signed his Dad's name on credit cards....You name it, he's done it. He has been through rehab, but is he cured? I seriously doubt it.

An addiction to gambling is just like an addition to drugs, alcohol, p 0 r n, food, etc. It's an addiction plain and simple. Can he stop? Yes, but only if HE wants to stop. You can threaten him, you can leave him, but if he wants to gamble, that is exactly what he will do.

Now, the question you need to ask yourself is if you want to stay him and only you can answer that question. While you are deciding, it would be good to get legal advice.
