easy way to melt vco

i scoop a tablespoon of VCO and put it in a short glass, place the glass on top of the toaster and turn the toaster on 'light' (no toast in it) - after a few minutes the VCO is melted in the glass and able to drink right down (warm too hot)- i always chase with a shot of orange juice
