Re: coconut oil and diet

Thanks Want,

I have gone to that debate forum and after I posted the previous post did find an outside amount to consume. I have read several things there but was not always sure of an amount.

As for my hair, I am using a shampoo without sulfate but am even going to go more 'natural' and use an olive oil soap, after doing an olive oil treatment. I am working on more natural in my live. I use a castile soap but unfortunately am not sure how 'natural' it is. I purchased it from a store going out of business and it just had a name on the emblem keeping wrap closed. No ingredients, nothing else. I did look (google) for the company name but could not find it. (I know it was not the name of the business, so don't know about it.)

I have been oil pulling, as well as consuming oil, most days. Coconut, I need to find a way to "melt" it, it makes it easier for me to consume.

As I mentioned I use olive oil on my body, and I also use apricot oil with frankincense ess. oil on my face. I love the way my face feels, even my body. It is great to have found CZ!

Thanks again for your help! Enjoy your cleaning...LOL I am supposed to be doing that but am slowly getting motivated!
