Re: coconut oil and diet

I just use a tiny amount, maybe dime-sized, as a "hair dressing" on the mid-length and ends - I have long, highlighted hair, and I use that tiny bit everyday - I only wash my hair once or twice a week - if you are European that won't bother you, but in USA the trend is to wash it every day which I do not recommend, the hair doesn't need it - but usually the day before I am due to wash it I will put more in it and braid or ponytail it and let it just soak in - it looks greasy for an hour or so - but note, too that I have fairly thick, medium textured hair. I don't know how it would do for fine hair. My hair is much softer and has a nice sheen to it even after I wash it. It is kind of funny when I am educating my clients to not wash their hair daily - they gross out, then they stop washing so much, then in 6 months they are thanking me!! Now I tell them about my coconut oil - I just got a call from one of my clients yesterday saying how much she loves using the oil on her skin

I am using a product called Sea-adine, it says 4 drops/day, but I use about 64 drops of that to equal about 4 mgs to start - I want Lugols but have to purchase cheap as possible, and am still searching for a bargain. I figure I will see what happens

I was thinking that if I keep supplementing, I will run out of money for food : )

Peace
