IODINE yes, but also WATER & SALT are imperative
When I said, "in the beginning taking a day or so off once in a while is important", I meant to say, taking a day off of iodine, NOT the water and salt!
One day off a week, or cycling your intake like, 5 days on 5 days off, is what I meant. In the beginning, because our bodies are so toxic! Not everyone has done the liver cleanses, or are eating raw, and they need to start slow, increase with every day or week yes, but do it slowly. Your body will adjust....
The water and salt are especially necessary to "keep up with" DAILY for flushing the kidneys.
IODINE
is what releases the toxins from our fogged brains, our painful joints, our diseased organs and sends them to the kidneys, but you also must have enough
WATER
to flush those kidneys, but the toxins will not be released into the urine without
SALT
which is the catalyst that releases the toxins from the kidneys
