the good news (water and salt too!)
The good news is:
The stored toxins in your body will continually be FLUSHED OUT, (while gradually but steadily increasing your uptake of iodine) as long as you keep up your
water
(half your weight in
ounces daily)
and your
salt
1/4 tsp per
quart of water each individual body needs daily
If you keep increasing your iodine, but don't take in enough water and salt, that is what can cause problems.
We keep hearing about the iodine, and I too, believe - no, I KNOW, that is the "missing" ingredient we so desperately need. But we MUST keep addressing the importance of the water and salt, too!
I personally understand, now, why in the beginning taking a day or so off once in a while is important - so the body can "catch up" and rest from all the toxin-elimination that's going on!
