Re: pardon the error - it's 19 days, not 65
here is a little synopsis i wrote for another forum. this is big, O. bigger than you think.
"if you have heard the radio shows interviewing the doctors and read some of the better info, you know that the mdr(or is it rda?) from the gov of 150mcg is to prevent goiter and not one thing more. it does nothing to consider the rest of the boy's needs for
Iodine - just the thyroid alone. and since the thyroid takes priority over the rest of the body, the mdr ENSURES deficiency throughout the rest of the body and a thyroid that is getting the bare minimum it needs to keep from becoming diseased, not to get it functioning optimally.
then, and this is an all important and deadly serious caveat, there is the matter of being exposed to an abundance of the other halides in our environment. the poor body stores these halides making hard fat that cant be broken down and eliminated, tries to use these halides in its daily functions and cant, is damaged by these other halides, and in the case of the thyroid, uses these halides, particularly fluoride, to make utterly worthless hormones which make blood tests appear normal but which completely fail in their intended function to regulate metabolism.
this is gross, severe halide imbalance - Halide Imbalance Syndrome. the way, apparently the only way, to correct this and remove the stored bromides in fat and the stored fluorides in the thyroid, brain and other glands and organs is to FLOOD the body with iodine. this is halide imbalance therapy.
so, the real daily need for
Iodine is much higher than the gov says, perhaps by as much as a factor of 100, and in the presence of an abundance of the other halides, perhaps a thousand(yea, 150mg per day). rda by those who have researched these things ranges from 10-50mg. 50mg seems to be the minimum for therapeutic doses to address HIS, IF you are avoiding all other halides. daily doses of 300mg are not only recommended by some, but are way below the level that any of the adverse actions take place due to overconsumption of iodine. that level is four times that, at 1200mg minimum.
you can see that
Iodine supplementation is being done in a big way by people that are being helped and healed by it, not poisoned. the only reason for cautions is all the nasty stuff the iodine pushes out and back into circulation for elimination. that is why going slow is smart. no one wants to feel that shitty all at once!"
i might add to this that this therapy pushes out heavy metals as well. mercury and lead are removed using this thereapy and with these comes the attendent symptoms of having them run loose in the body. another reason to go slow and build up, but certainly build up to the level that will clear the body in the shortest amount of time possible and put iodine where it needs to be. afterwards, with proper dietary precautions to avoid the bad halides, the daily intake can be quite low.
we are all victims of social chemical warfare - a slow form of genocide.
