I got rid of excema on my elbow with Colloidal Silver . I soaked it in CS.

You could spray it on your face constantly while you are home, or better yet wet paper towells with CS and apply it to your face, keeping them moist with CS spray bottle.

Whatever you do, reconsider the steroids. You said yourself they don't last long, and they will do havoc with the rest of your body and organs.
