Re: I'm about to commit suicide

Im going thru the same thing and i sometimes feel so depressed. Ive seen an allergist and doctors and nothing helped my eczema. Then 1 day as I was doing my research on youtube i came accross a video about ITSAN. The founder is Dr. Rappaport and he talked about topical steroid withdrawal. As i was listening to him i realized that i was among the people
Suffering from topical steroid withdrawal since i just stopped the steroid cold turkey after it stopped worming altogether and i was just getting worst. The withdrawal seems like is what ur experiencing right now. I never went back to using steroid and i changed my doctor and explained that i have been experiencing the adverse effect of topical steroid and im allergic to steroid. He gave me hydroxizine which is an antihistamine. Its too strong for me so hes giving me something else. Im on my 5th month of my withdrawal so its still pretty bad. The only way i can function is by steaming my skin with a portable steamer called my little steamer and litterally like steam my legs hot to kill the itch then i apply castor oil or coconut oil etc. I have to do this like 6x a day. If it gets super itchy i take some antihistamine. Somebody told me to take zyrtec everyday. Epson salt baths might help but i find that the water temp has to be cold or super hot. Pls go on you tube and type in topical steroid addiction.listen to the people that is suffering and to Dr. Rappaport. I listen to this people all the time to reming me that im not alone. After ive learned about the root cause of my eczema i now feel hopefull. I now know that i dont really have the normal eczema anymore but its called topical steroid induced eczema or red skin syndrome. Ive abused the eczema for over 15 yrs and am now paying for it. Hang in there. Theres hope. Its gonna take about 1 to 3 yrs but its gonna clear up. Pls pass this message along. Goodluck and keep on praying. Go to ITSAN forum and website.
