Re: new to oil pulling and site

Read you post and thought I'd drop a line! I know through my family that Bad breath is often caused by constipation - my bro had it for years and when he went on a high fibre diet it literally cleared up (in that he smelled fresh and sweet!) within about 2 weeks.

Basically he was a cheese freak before and ate lots of junk - he then went onto high fibre - i.e. grain for every meal - porridge for breakfast, not dairy (or well, to be honest, not very much dairy!

He had tried lots of different things (all which cost a bucket!) and then by luck he tried something and it worked.

Basically I read up about it and it makes sense. If you have that all stuck inside you then of course your going to smell - imagine a bin that doesn't get changed, and then you open the lid. Aim to go once a day (he eventually was going twice a day!) and your problem should clear up!

Also - I know I sent an email basically just saying the same thing - but I just remembered something else so I thought I'd post here instead of filling up your box - basically my friend tried oil pulling (she had constipation) and she said it really helped that! She went from having diareah and constipation alternatively to being regular - so oil-pulling might help in a roundabout way! I remember she said she used sunflower oil (organic) and she did it 4 times a day for 15-20 mins each (she said sunflower oil didn't taste bad!).
