new to oil pulling and site

hi all,

i'm new to curezone and also oil pulling. i read about op on the net, and since i have some refined sesame oil and organic sunflower oil at home, i decided to start pulling with them.

i'm on my third or fourth day. the first 2 days i was especially energetic, and i felt pretty good. on the third, i started to feel run-down. on the fourth i had very little sleep the previous night so it's hard to say whether the fatigue was partly caused by OP. since last night and today, i felt sick and have had a sore throat and had all this gunk coming out when i blew my nose -as if it was a sinus infection. and last night i had a sneezing fit (maybe like 20 sneezes) which had never happened to me before.

my health problems-

i have numerous issues that are very frustrating to me. chronic conspitation, (very serious at some point - only one bowel movement every few days, and in very small amounts. now i'm a better. ALMOST once everyday but not quite.) i have weeping eczema on my scalp which is getting worse and worse. and what bothers me the most, chronic bad breath. i have sought help in homeopathy, ayurveda, western medicine, chinese medicine with everything except for the eczema to no avail. some things helped for a short while, and then everything would go back to normal.

does anyone here have similar problems and have been helped by OP? i've tried so many things that didn't work for me it's easy for me to be discouraged now. i know that OP is doing something to my system - i can feel it. so i do plan to continue. but i'm so afraid that my condition would worsen because of the fatigue and feeling sick the last couple of days, i have to kind of force myself to have faith in this practice.
