Re: new to oil pulling and site

I think that you're cool! Thanks for the honesty!

*ahem* Have you seen "Supersize Me"? Do you know that McD's fries, if left to rot, never rot, NEVER grow mold? Does that tell us that there is no life force in those fries?
Rent that movie if you haven't seen it. You'll never eat fast food again.
If you want a healthy body you need to put healthy food into it. "Healthy" means different things to different people. And we are all different, so a "healthy" diet for one will not be for another. It's obvious that what you've been eating has not been working for you, so you need to do some experimentation.
One common denominator of all good dietary systems is that they are based on WHOLE foods. No processed, fractionated "foods". If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it.
It's fine to like grease(oil), but you need to use the right kinds and treat them properly. Use unrefined coconut, olive, or butter to cook. Lay off the fried foods. Hard frying destroys the oil, it's very bad. Your body is getting bound up with hard, denatured oils and is starved for good, free-flowing oils.
And yeah, fresh fruits & vegetables. I don't understand the connection between fruit & bad breath...maybe it's from the bacteria in your mouth feasting on the sugar. OP will definitely help with that. Also, brush your teeth after eating anything with sugar(fruits). There are extensive posts here dealing with what people use for toothpaste, or powder. Do peruse the archives.
Gotta get those fresh fruits and vegs. Eat a salad every day, even if you don't like it. You'll START liking it when you start pooping more regularly.

If you really want to cleanse your body, raw is the way to go.

it sounds from your post that you do stir-fry(love it) did you know that the traditional(healthy) method of doing stir-fry involves cooking the veggies in a bit of water & then tossing with oil at the end? Try it! You'll be getting the oil that you love and not ruining the oil in the process. Use unrefined, organic oils. No supermarket "vegetable" or whatever.

:)
