hi trapper - i'm not sure if i completely understand what you mean by starting from scratch.
i have been much more conscious of my diet - i generally eat quite healthy. i'm very aware of breathing properly and meditate on having deep breathing and good alignment. sleep pattern is not regular - something that i keep trying to change but haven't been able to yet. exercise is where i still have a hard time doing. i did yoga for a while very regularly and a lot -and i sweated too. but it didn't help any of my issues. (except for a better sense of well-being and alignment, of course. i still believe it's a good thing to do, but have replaced it with something else in my life at this point.)
i do feel better already - but i have a long way to go with all the problems that i still have. i guess that's where OP comes in at this point...
