hey wombat, i did check out the probiotics forum and FF's posts. molly mentioned Liver Flush but to be very honest after reading dr. hulda's cleanse i'm kinda afraid to do it. feel squeamish.

how do i do the "ask curezone" and "ask dr. hardy" features on here? i couldn't find them.

i do try to clean up my diet. doing my best at the moment. :)
