molly, thanks for your idea - i've been out of town and just got the reply. i've been reading a little bit about Liver Flush since you guys have mentioned it numerous times. i've never done it, and honestly from what it sounds, i get kinda squeamish about it. :( i read up on the dr. hulda one and just don't know if i can do it. is there a simpler one to start with?
