Deotima, question re your bread receipe

Hi Deotima

Your bread recipe looks delicious. I am a bit iffy with buckwheat,but a little is usually OK.

Your bread has spelt in it. Do you have leaky gut? If so, does the gluten in the spelt not affect you? For example, brain fog?

I have avoided spelt because of its gluten content (I know its lower than modern wheat strains, but I avoid it nevertheless).
