No Im not Israeli, but English. I understand buckwheat, but do have a bad reaction to it, although I know not why.
I can only assume its high carb content, and the fact that I have eaten it from its floor form, that it has gotten through my permeable gut and caused an immune response. I get the same with brown rice. I just thought that a little of it, inthe bread as an occasional treat shouldn't hurt too much, whence my question about the spelt.
