Yes I have found this to be very true! The thing I have found with minerals is that you can tell right away (within hours or few days) if you are getting on track or getting off track, its very important to take note of these minor changes and adjust (try something else) when needed.
The worst thing I used to do is to just keep doing the same thing over and over and expect changes. I now realize its important to try new things if what you are doing is not working for your personal situation. I tried many things based on what helped other people, but stayed on the same path for too long even though it wasn't working for me.
