I also have noticed that when I get enough sodium I seem to need less calcium in my drinks to calm nerves and help with insomnia. I was taking a lot of calcium before I started consuming more sodium, now if I take the same amount of calcium that I needed before I get leg and feet aches. This same amount of calcium that used to relieve insomnia will now create insomnia. Do you know what is going on is this situation? Mineral balances I suppose. I am using both lime calcium and eggshell/ACV.
