Hi,
Your quote: -Instead of the epsom salts (which don't seem to agree with me)
"WHY" does it not agree with you ?
Your quote: Ocean-grown coconuts which tend to be a bit salty...
The coconuts may be "VERY" high in Potassium Salts and low in Sodium !
Your quote: now that I think about it, sometimes I don't go swimming because I have a hard time getting my body temp back up after the cold water.
The High Potassium from the coconuts and the problem with getting Cold after the swim in Cold water may indicate that your body at these times has more Potassium in ratio to the amount of Sodium and be "WHY" you do not seem to rehydrate !
For when the body has more Potassium in ratio to the amount of Sodium, then the Cells of the body can "NOT" hold their moisture internally, but will Lose their moisture to the outside of the cell structure, thus Causing De-hydration of the body !
And your real sensitivity to the sun may mean that your skin is "way" too Acidic, and this may also mean that your Lymphatic fluids are also too Acidic !
You may be having several problems, of which you are not getting enough of the needed Natural Oils for your body and you may not be getting enough Natural Sodium to provide your adrenal system what it may need !
You may help some of these problems by learning to eat some Wild Alaskan Salmon and Sardines for your noon meal !
And by not swimming as much in the ocean water, for it's Salts may be drying you out !
For the ocean Salts are water soluble and you may not have enough Natural Oils to protect your nerve ends or your skin !
Smile Tis your choice.
