Re: Re-hydrating the body and Ph

What kind and how much Salt do you eat or use with what you choose to eat ?

-Instead of the epsom salts (which don't seem to agree with me) I use a high quality Himalayan Salt in the alkalizing drink and a little bit with food. I usually add a little bit to my drinking water as recommended with the Water Cure. I usually avoid anything with regular table salt but for every once in a blue moon. I do live by the ocean and go swimming a lot. Probably absorb some salts that way I guess?

And what kind of foods do you eat which contain some kind of Salt in them ?
-Hmmmmm, some wild purslane that grows near the ocean...very salty. Ocean-grown coconuts which tend to be a bit salty...some veggies that have natural sodium in them...salt-cured olives...once in a while I have organic salted bacon :-/

And do you get Cold in the Colder weather, or do you stay warm easily in Cold weather ?
-I don't tend to be a cold person but then again I live in Hawaii and it only gets as low as about 60 here. I would say I am about average...but then again, now that I think about it, sometimes I don't go swimming because I have a hard time getting my body temp back up after the cold water.

And in the summer time in Hot weather, do you sweat easily and able to stay Cool or do you have trouble keeping cool in the Hot weather ?
Yes, trouble with hot weather and have been noticing a real sensitivity to the sun lately.

Thanks again for taking the time to work with me on this!
