I would say that you need a stricter diet, if there is any sign of Sugar or wheat in your diet the Sugar cravings will be there, i had it myself in the beginning when candida rebuffed on and off.
In cases of candida it's the candida itself that craves for Sugar so to speak since it may eat more than half of the carbohydrates and refined sugar that you put in yourself and since it grows 200 times faster of the sugar, you get the picture.
When the fungi is lower in numbers the sugar cravings are low too.

To lower your sugar cravings you need low glycemic food that lowers your blood-sugars and doesn't feed candida too much like brown rice, lemon water, vegetables etc..
