You are partially right in that no machine can change the properties of water.

And very wrong to say that water cannot be 'given' special healing or health properties.
Firstly just to give you an idea. do you know that the water we are using now is recycled. its not the same water centuries ago. anything u reuse loses its abilities. example a sandpaper after a while loses its sanding power, so too in water, it looses its (god given) natural healing ability.
As a healer I remove something from the water and recharge that water it will energise and sparkle and I use it for everything you and the whole world can imagine in healing.
