viktor schauberger (aka the water wizard) believed that vortexes created water that was fully energized. he studied the vortexes that formed in glacial runnoff streams in the alps. these were the small vortexes that formed as the water swirled around rocks in the stream bed, he believed these vortexes created magnetic fields that then stabilized minerals within the structure of the water.

he designed pipes that created a vortex within a vortex, he believed these two vortexes worked together to fully oxygenate the water.

i believe whoever made this machine is familiar with schauberger's work, as it obvioulsy creates a strong water vortex. does it work? couldn't tell you, i have no idea if it would be worth the money or not. but there is something to the theory behind it.
