hexagonal water?

Hi All!
Not sure if this is the right forum, but got an ad in the mail
for a machine that turns ordinary tap water into "hexagonal water"
which is supposed to be smaller somehow and easier for your body
to assimilate.

They give a video link, but my old computer doesn't do videos very well.
