Well I hate to burst your bubble, it's just everything in existence is always in a perpetual motion, and if you already knew from the physics, you know that the electron has a dual nature, both particle and wave, so if an electron is a wave, doesn't that mean it's always in motion, so why not the water also shouldn't exhibit molecular changes in time that are cyclical. And I don't believe that there's an inert material where electrons/molecules don't change at all by the passing of time. In fact God made everything in the real world to change so we have to follow his guidance that we have to embrace change. Nothing in the world represents an absolute. As far I can tell, everything is made from energy represented by various densities. And the motion is always represented by the exchange of energy.
