can any one help?

hi, im 22 years old and on aug 16th this year i was diagnoised with r.s.d. in my right ankle due to a surgey i had on it on the 7th of aug. this year. i am on nurotion 600mg 3 times a day lortab7.5 2 at once 4 times a day and only if im in dying pain i can take 3 at once, i was on evial but had bad side effects so they took me off it i also take skeltetion 800mg 4 times a day. tremzapine (sleeping pill) 30 mg at bed time and kolonipine 1-3 pills (1mg each) a day as needed, evry tuesday for 3 weeks straight i got a symtopathic (sorry spelling is bad) nevre block done, the longest i went pain free was 3 days, in fact it made my back problems worse for the first day and half. i have now had 2 epiduarls done, bolth haveing fentnaly in them, the first one lasted 5 days. i jsut got my second one done 4 days a go and i started to feel bad pain 2 days ago. evon with the never blocks and epiduars ive had to keep takeing all my meds includeoing the lortabs to be painfree or have managed pain, my pain med doc, (a nurologist) is sending me to a friend of his who is a pain specialist,becuse he cant do anything more for me. nothing last long enough . i have a tens unit a pariffin wax bath i do the ice water to hot water, can any one pls give me advies . ive only had this for a few months and its the most horribale pain i have ever felt in my life, its spread from my right ankle up to my right hip, there is atrophy in bolth leg and hip. i do lanf pt 3 times a week and swim pt 3 times a week. im open to try anything . some one pls help with advice if u can. i dont know what to do and the pain is driveing me crazy.
