Very interesting. I don't think I mentioned my own parasite cleansing. I used Humaworm. It was very beneficial for me, but I had constipation problems that took more work after the end of the parasite cleanse. I have read that other parasite cleanse products have more of a "bowel cleansing" addition to them, while Humaworm uses extremely fresh, potent parasite-killing herbs, and leaves the bowel cleansing up to the individual. I didn't realize that, and I ended up with a lot of problems I guess were a result of "die off." I was constipated before I started, and it only got worse in the first week or so of the cleanse. Eventually, I came to believe that I was lacking some digestive bacteria & such, and I have been replacing it with living cultures in fermented foods (sauerkraut, raw apple cider vinegar, raw dairy products, etc.).
