I think you are on the path my dear. You are doing the right things, but mostly you are "doing" stuff thats good for health. Good going1!!
Enemas are good, I think you should continue - are you doing MORE than one a day? I would stagger it sometimes too, give it a days break sometimes.
And different enemas - why not the Probiotic one, plus oral Probiotics perhaps [although they seemed to cause me constipation, you will know.]
And in case you didn't allready, MORe WATER with the fibre. About the fibre, maybe try to work in half-and half with normal diet fibre, mixing into some granola these things: oat bran, flaxseed [ground fresh if poss], hempseed hearts [really].
How about "lubrication'? - a small glass of
Olive-Oil did wonders for me once, cuz I needed it I guess, but I drank down about two
ounces of it and I pooped huge and long...but not spastic at all....[follow it with small sips of juice perhaps?] its yukky a bit, but not much.
But ya, go for the enemas - I think they are very good. Try some coffee ones, and the SALT one is great -read about them.
