I agree - I did ease up on the fiber - I realized that fiber expands significantly while going through digestion and I believe I have an oversensitive gut - in that I FEEL everything moving through if it's at all expansive. So, by eating these large servings of fiber, I'm essentially stretching out my intestines during the digestive process which is terribly uncomfortable. Whenever I eat meat, I have no discomfort at all, which makes sense - meat does not expand like fiber and therefore passes through painlessly. What do you think of this theory?

BTW, I do not eat wheat, soy, nuts, dairy, pork or any other common allergen. I don't drink coffee, alcohol or soda and my diet is 100% pure - in that I don't eat anything processed. Not by choice, believe me...
