Re: Enema or Patience?

Hi Jenra --

I have had the most awful time with my stomach and I totally sympathize. A few years back I swear to God I knew where every single publicly accessible bathroom in Austin, Texas was because I could not drive across town without stopping several times! Ugh!

A couple of things that have been helpful for me more recently:

1) Strange as it may seem, oil pulling has really seemed to straighten my stomach out. It's a really pleasant part of my regimen (such that it is) these days -- it helped a lot with mouth and head health, but also my stomach has been feeling so much better since I started a few months ago.

2) I have been doing the coffee enemas when I have time and while I am sure I am doing something wrong, I haven't died yet from mixing some probiotics in with the coffee! I bought some probiotics a few months ago (some kind that is cultured in goat milk -- I am a huge fan of goat milk) and I either dump a capsule or two in the coffee (the enema coffee, not my coffee coffee) or just shake up some plain yogurt with the coffee and send it skyward so to speak!

Am loving all the posts yours generated and I hope you find the right combination of stuff that works for you, and happy new year to all,

Laura
