Invincible, Does that ever sound like me! I have always had to work at not simply hearing of someone's pain/ailment and not instantly feeling it. Meditation/dharma practice has helped a lot , I'm sure. Maybe I should get back to some basic Quigong
( I very much liked the Quigong aspect of Bagua zhang--that "wierdly beautiful" martial art we spoke about some time back--but I have no teacher currently.)
Do you recommend his book? What about Manteck Chia (sp? correct name?)
