Re: Fledgling and Ynaig - about depleted energy with healing/Energy centres/Master Sha Qigong workshop

Hi, Maya

Excuse me for butting in. I was wondering how the workshop went for you...

That is fascinating!

so the snow mountain is the 3rd chakra area - navel area?

(If that is the correct body area)It makes so much sense! I understand that the human energy system is like a building - missing the foundational pieces leaves the higher levels vulnerable which can lead to imbalance...

Personal observation mixed with learning: also that all phyical illness is rooted from the first three chakras - something like that. Meaning, collectively we are so toxic-laden - rooted very literally in the intestinal area (I think it was Grz that made a great analogy about intestines having roots like trees). Of course illness manifests in the upper body too but the root cause is sourced in the lower three...

It is so interesting the dynamics of referral...the imbalance actually expressed itself in another area besides that which was underdeveloped...going back round to the layers ideas. Logically one might think the imbalance would show up there (in snow mountain).

It truly does come back to spiritual/energetic nurturance doesn't it?

I am motivated to continue learning where my imbalances are truly 'rooted' i.e. what area(s) is/are truly undernourished.

Lori
