Re: sleeping hours
hi, do you still have metal fillings in your mouth --or amalgam from a root canal or bridge work?
I was just reading how those with mercury still in them (even if no more fillings-- some residual mercury still needs to be chelated out) have that kind of reaction after excersize.
Sweating is one way to leach out mercury -- but for some, aerobic excersize moves the old lodged mercury around the body (via lymph, etc?) -- and I believe the article said , symptoms like tiredness, etc, result. If you had 10 hours of sleep already, and still need a nap after the tread mill- just mayyybbbbee, this may be the case.
This isnt to say aerobic excersize is bad-- no way!- it's the best thing we can do. It's Heavy metals that are bad . Just getting your fillings removed or replaced only stops new mercury from emitting into your organs. As we continue to leach out the heavy metals that have been in our body for years, this annoying symptom starts going away.
