Re: sleeping hours
I have to say that, currently, I'm on an average-person lifestyle diet (little food, little junk, no exercise). I don't starve myself but eat when hungry. That led me to great weight loss, I'm not amuse by that, however I feel physically and mentally fine.
In the past year however, I had to increase my food income, eat clean, use multivitamins and exercise 30 minutes on the treadmill every other day.
I still remember how hard it was for me to keep my eyes open while jogging on the treadmill. I would sleep 10 hours and nap 2 hours after my treadmill session because I felt so sleepy, not tired, just sleepy. It was a pain to keep up with the exercising and the extra napping when you have a very tight schedule.
I spoke to my doctor, he said I'm perfectly healthy. Like this is suppose to be helping somehow.
Anyway, thanks everyone, I appreciate your comments.
SqueakyClean, I find myself sharing many of what you have mentioned. I wish you best luck.
