Glad to have you here! So glad you're about to try out your first cleanse. I was nervous too, but when I saw the alternatives, I cringed. I was just asking on the other forum about lapascopic liver surgery which, if you ask me, looks disgustingly gruesome. Much safer to cleanse if you ask me.

I'm still not sure (waiting at other forum) to see if folks think these stone photos are from the surgery or from the cleanse... but I think its from the cleanse:
