Re: how??????
Hey hopinso,
Glad you found a possible pointer here.
Owen posted a while back about his frozen shoulder, and he believed it may have been helped to heal by a friend's massage and knowledge thereof.
I happened to see this book's link last week, and it appears to have some good theories worth taking a closer look.
I hope some of it helps you, and though buying much is not within my reach, cooking is one of my arts, so say the word and we'll sit to a nice meal.;)
Pain is such a hard thing to live with, it is like a mind's short circuit, because the pain does not allow for thoughts to finish. And that leads to a feeling of drowning and trying to reach the top of the water for a breath. In between, no time for thought or consideration of anything else. The only purpose: a second free of pain. Don't know what the casue of yours is, but wish you much luck and success in finding some relief.
You are a gifted soul, with much good to share.
Many good thoughts to you from this end.
