can helping others help your health? hm..

I love helping others. I seem to have a burden for other kids my age. I would love to do something like that for a living. Because thats what life is all about. Helping other people and caring. Yesterday at work this lady had 2 full carts of groceries and she had a cane and was paralyzed on the right side. So I helped her take her 2 carts out to her car. I also unloaded 90% of her groceries into her car.

felt pretty good..I just felt like posting that because right now im having some pretty bad cramps and pain in my upper legs.
