Kevin....

Hi Kevin...I posted to you a couple of weeks ago where you were giving the date
you were going to Oklahoma...and I don't think you ever found my post. But I just
wanted to say I think this move to Oklahoma is going to be a very positive life
changing experience for you.

I hope to goodness you are really close friends with the person who will be your
roommate...that's going to be the deciding factor. I think you're just unhappy with
your life in general...and when we're unhappy...our body just reacts in a negative
way, sometimes. You sound like you have several negative things going on in your
life...and I don't mean that in a bad way...but I think you're just overloaded. And
when you make this move and get settled...I believe your health is going to immediately start improving...and the sky is going to be the limit for you. We have
a grandson about your age...so my heart really goes out to your unhappiness with
life. Just hang in there...please!!! Get up each day and look for good in every
single day. It's there...sometimes kind of hard to see...but there is good in every
single day. I know,I myself have a few health problems that I deal with naturally...
but the thing that helps me the most is doing for and lifting others up. I get such
a natural high out of helping to make another person's day better...it just naturally helps me. Tomorrow, for instance...if you go to work...or even if you're
just out and about...try to find someone to help in just a simple little way...like
help an elderly lady to her car with her groceries...or help an elderly person out
a door or just some little something....and when you do that...notice their delight
in your help...and you will feel a lift also.

I hope you'll be able to post from Oklahoma, also.

I wish I had more time to post to you tonight...but this has been an extremely
busy and trying day today in our little neck of the woods. We're getting my
mother-in-law's home ready to sell (she's in a nursing facility)...and it's very
hard, going through all her things. Not to mention the WORK! :-)

But I'll be praying for you and I just know in my heart that this is going to be
a very positive life changing experience for you. And I'm very excited for you.
Keep us posted. There are a few fuss budgets that hang around curezone...but you
have a pretty big cheering section in your court...so just keep looking our way...
and just keep moving forward in your life. There's an old saying..."Every journey
of a thousand miles begins with a single step". That's so true...and you're about
to take that step Kevin...and it's going to be sooooooooo good for you! kathryn
