It's alright.

When you wish to write a single word or line of text you 'tag' the Subject title with "n/m", which I guess means "no message". Some forums use the "n/t" convention which means "no text", meaning that readers don't need to open the reply because there's no text in it. After a while you'll become familiar with it.

I put that "!" because I was just disgusted beyond words when I read the response your practitioner gave you, and the way that she treated you. It's just NOT RIGHT, I think.
