It's a sad day today

After visiting my parents 3 weeks ago (in order to visit their naturopath and start my parasite cleansing regimine), my dad has just called me this morning to inform me that he and my mom have been sick since I left them. They say it is the result of me coming up to see them and I must have spread parasites amd worms to them. My dad strongly suggessts that I get rid of my little dog (who is also now on a parasite cleansing program) or I can't come back up to see them. He says it's for my health too, because I was also diagnosed with lung flukes and some parasites. But, it's a lot to take right now. I love my dog dearly and it's hard to imagine life without her.

I know most people will say get rid of her too but, this is a little hard for me to take. Seems no matter what I do, my parent's decisions control my life.

Has anyone had to go through this? Just need a shoulder to cry on until I can emotionally deal with all of this.
