Do your homework pal. New Orleans has been hit by hurricanes before. That area of the Gulf gets hit less then Florida, but it still gets hit.

It is sick, twisted people like you that drags this country down. You're in the same class as the people protesting military funerals with sick signs saying that the soldier died because of homosexuality in the world. They even protested at the Amish girls funerals. The idea that massive amounts of innocent people suffer in tragedies because of one groups sin is the normal partyline for the outside fringe of the christian conservative movement. To their credit most christians don't preach this hate, only people like you and Pat Robertson.
