I hear you on that one - I've been very distractable myself of late. Both of my college courses started back over the last few days so I've been trying to co-ordinate preparing for them, making sure I've got all my materials, taking in all the new info and catching up with all of my classmates.... love it though, it's great to be back :)

Have you had any luck in finding someone to teach you Reiki yet? In the meantime, I would recommend reading 'Reiki for life' by Penelope Quest. It's one of the best books out there on Reiki in my opinion, it will give you a good basis to start from.

How goes it with the recreational cacao use?..... just kidding ;)

I read a post of yours mentioning Alice in Chains? An excellent choice, I love them! We had a rare treat during the summer at the Metallica gig (have to indulge my inner rocker-child from time to time!!) in Dublin when Jerry Cantrell joined James onstage for Nothing Else Matters...
