I've always looked forward to the day when I'd be quite elderly and have long white braids done up, or maybe down, and I'd wear a straw hat with a lot of flowers on it.
This is an image I have of an actual very elderly beautiful lady, just sitting on a hill overlooking a canal. Looking very content with own company.

It's a picture from when I was about fifteen. Now I'm almost fifty, which sounds very strange even to hear. I don't have a clear sense of 'age' except that I think I'm about to grow younger :-)
