Re: My day!

Let's see.

Most days I fall asleep around 2(I know, but it feels most natural to me)and then wake up either about 10 to 12 hours later. So today I got up at 1 pm. Most days are filled with the usual household chores, cleaning, washing, etc..I spend a lot of time lying down reading books. I don't watch a lot of t.v. except I do like to watch movies at night when the house has quieted down. I don't have a job. Except my on and off book business at home.

I go buy food almost everyday(big family) and when I'm out I like to explore different areas of the city and maybe go to a few other stores to browse around. If I'm out, then I usually get back at around 5 or 6 to make dinner, usually my first meal.

After dinner the household stress starts. Between the loud talking of the husband, the complaining of the kids, plus the noisiness of the t.v., and the barking of the 6 dogs. It's not my favorite part of the day. Since this is really the only time I get a chance to play music, I like to squeeze in a 1/2 or so, but of course nobody likes the extra noise. I also do my gardening at this time.

This is also when I usually get on the computer and talk on CZ for a while. After the kids are in bed around ten, that's when things calm down and I feel the best.

During this time I might get back on the computer, read a book, watch a movie and eat a snack. From this time till bedtime at 2 I spend relaxing. As you can see I live most of my day at night.

On weekdays I go out all day, and usually spending it cruising around town with my mother. Shopping for food, sightseeing, doing what I like. I get in around dinner time, later if the boy's are already fed. Get kids to bed around 10, and spend the rest of the evening relaxing. I also like to see movies at the theatre in the evenings on the weekend.

So, this is pretty much my day to day life. It's pretty laid back. And I spend a lot of my time sleeping. I don't have an exercise routine except walking around town most days.

That's about it. And it appears it will stay this way until the kids are grown in about 7 years. Then I'd really like to go to school and study natural medicine and maybe be a writer or make film documenteries. I'd also love to travel. There's so much I'd like to do, but the long sleeping hours get in the way. Hopefully when the kids are grown I won't sleep as much and will have more energy to do the things I want. I tend to dream about all the things I want to do, but when everyday is a struggle it is a little depressing.

I'd like to get out of this 'everyday's a struggle' and move on to a more active life.

We'll see!

Mary
