Re: Any luck treating Bipolar Naturally!
Hi All,
I'm new here, but I can empathize with your frustrations. My husband is BP and I have been researching on this very subject. In May, 2005 I was at my wits end with him...friends of ours told him to try M****tech A*****ose...He took 3 Tablespoons in the am and 3 in the pm. The change in attitude was remarkable. Now, let me tell you right now, I am in no way connected to M****tech and I am not advertising it. Please just read on. Well, he took it, it worked, then I, myself, was really depressed, because I could not afford for him to take it monthly. He used 3 jars in a month which equals about $375.00!!!!! So, I have been researching what the heck was in it and why it worked. I am a researcher by trade, and it still took a couple of months. So, to make a long story short, it is made with polysaccharides and beta-glucans. I went to medical web sites to see what the hype was all about. Polysaccharides are sugars that our body needs for cell communication. Bi-polar, as I have deducted from all my research is a problem with brain cell communication. Please don't throw a wet towel at me with that statement. Cruising the web, I found a recipe that makes an A*****ose powder. My next step is to get the herbs, mix them together, and have him try it. He is game to anything also. The ingredients are readily available at health food stores or on the internet. So stay tuned and I will let you know how it goes. I have also been supplementing him recently with liquid Amino Fuel by Twin Labs and that seems to be helping also.
